Description

This project involved a complete transformation of the property, delivering a full internal and external overhaul to create a lighter, more welcoming, and contemporary family home. The client’s brief was to refresh every aspect of the house while benefiting from a fully managed, end-to-end service.

All existing finishes were stripped back and renewed, allowing the interiors to be reimagined with a cohesive and high-quality specification throughout. Existing bathrooms were reconfigured to form new feature spaces, combining improved layouts with refined finishes. Bespoke joinery was installed across the home, adding character, storage, and a consistent design language to each room.

The project also included full redecoration, alongside comprehensive upgrades to the heating and electrical systems to improve performance, efficiency, and comfort. All existing windows and doors were replaced, enhancing both the appearance of the property and its thermal performance.

Externally, new landscaped garden spaces were created to complement the internal improvements. The result is a bright, homely, and well-considered property, delivered through a fully managed service from start to finish.
