Description
This project involved the reconfiguration and adaptation of the existing kitchen, utility, and garage spaces to create a more free-flowing and functional layout. The aim was to improve connectivity between the spaces while maximising storage and enhancing the overall quality of finish.
Structural alterations were carried out to open up and rework the internal arrangement, allowing the kitchen and utility areas to flow seamlessly together. Part of the existing garage was carefully repurposed to enlarge the utility space, providing additional storage and improving day-to-day practicality without compromising the remaining garage function.
The project included the installation of a new kitchen and utility, supplied and fitted by BWK, forming the centrepiece of the redesigned space. To complete the transformation, new flooring was laid throughout, alongside fresh plastering and full redecoration, delivering a clean, contemporary finish.
The result is a well-considered and efficient family space that makes better use of the home’s existing footprint while significantly improving functionality, flow, and overall presentation.
