Description

This project focused on upgrading an existing kitchen, utility, and dining area, delivering a refreshed and cohesive finish throughout the ground floor living space. The brief was to modernise the interiors while improving comfort, functionality, and overall quality of finish.

The works began with the removal of the existing kitchen, allowing the space to be fully prepared for the new installation. New Woodpecker flooring was laid throughout the kitchen, utility, and dining areas, creating a continuous, high-quality finish that visually connects the spaces.

Electrical adaptations were carried out to suit the new kitchen and utility layout, ensuring the lighting, power, and appliance requirements were fully aligned with the updated design. Radiators within the spaces were upgraded to improve heating performance and comfort.

The project also included new plastering and full redecoration, providing a clean and contemporary backdrop for the new installations. The kitchen and utility were supplied and fitted by BWK, completing the transformation into a modern, practical, and well-finished family space.
