Description

This project involved the reconfiguration and upgrade of an existing kitchen and utility area to create a more practical, connected, and contemporary living space. Our works focused on improving both the flow and functionality of the layout, ensuring the spaces worked better for modern family life.

We created new access between the existing kitchen and utility rooms, improving connectivity and usability. Existing doorways and windows were reconfigured to form additional kitchen wall space, allowing for a more efficient layout and improved storage solutions. Internal partitions were carefully altered to optimise the overall arrangement of the rooms and enhance circulation throughout the space.

As part of the refurbishment, the electrical and plumbing systems were upgraded to suit the new layout and to support the updated kitchen and utility installations. The project also included the installation of new internal doors and bespoke joinery, providing a high-quality finish throughout.

The new kitchen and utility were supplied and fitted by BWK, with the client supplying floor finishes and decorations to complete the space to their personal taste.
