Step 1: The Enquiry

Your journey begins with a friendly initial discussion over the phone; we listen to your ideas and ask about your requirements. If you already have drawings or plans, we’ll request them to help us better understand your project before planning a site visit.

Step 2: Site Visit & Initial Assessment

Next, we will arrange a site visit where we’ll walk through your space together. This gives us an opportunity to discuss your vision in detail, review any existing plans, and assess the site conditions. We’ll also consider key factors such as your budget, desired level of finish and project timescales, so expectations are aligned early on.

During this stage, we’ll outline the most suitable project approach, whether that’s a fixed-price arrangement
or an open book method, and answer any questions you may have about costs, services, or a turnkey
solution.

Step 3: Initial Cost Estimate

Once we have gathered all necessary information, our team will prepare an initial cost estimate. This can be a rough ballpark figure or a more accurate projection depending on the level of detail available. As every project is unique, and influenced by finish levels, unknowns, or provisional sums, this estimate is an early guide that leads into deeper refinement.

We aim to return initial cost indications within 2-4 weeks, though larger or more complex projects may take a little longer.

Step 4: Feedback & Refinement

After receiving your initial estimate, we take time to listen to your feedback. Together we refine the scope and budget to meet your expectations and explore potential value engineering options, all with the goal of creating a final plan you feel confident about.

Step 5: Site Visits & Client References

We want you to feel completely comfortable with your decision. That’s why we offer opportunities to visit completed project sites and speak with previous clients — so you can see our work firsthand and hear about their experience with Inspired Worx.

Step 6: Moving Forward

Once the details are finalised and you’re happy with the plan, we’ll confirm the next steps and arrange to begin your project. Our priority at every stage is transparency, trust, and alignment — so you always know what to expect next.
